1. PAY THE UPFRONT LISTING FEE. Submit your payment via check, bank direct pay, or Paypal.
2. PAPERWORK. EMAIL US FOR A COPY OF THE SELLER DOCS. Upon receipt of your payment and paperwork, we will countersign and email you a copy of the executed listing agreement for your records.
3. PHOTOS. EMAIL US 6-20 HORIZONTAL PHOTOS. Photos must be <4MB and <16 million pixels each. If you want the photos in a particular sequence, they will need to be titled with the order (e.g. 1.jpg, 2.jpg, 3.jpg, etc). If you’re willing to spend another $150 or so for professional photos, we believe it’s a worthwhile investment. Since you found our service online, we’re sure you can find a professional house photographer as well. Send your photos to wdbeutel @ gmail.com as attachments onto several email messages with 4-5 photos attached to each message. Please no dropbox or other file sharing programs.
4. DESCRIPTION. Compose your best sales pitch and email it to us. Highlight the best features of your property. Read the descriptions from some other listings in your area for ideas. Your description can be no more than 500 characters, including spaces, so be concise. Effective descriptions read more like bullet points than essays. Email us your typed description exactly as you wish it to appear so we can copy and paste directly into the listing.
5. FINALIZE YOUR LISTING PRICE. Upon receipt of your payment, we will provide you a market analysis and assist you in setting an appropriate list price.
